This year, we are producing Love’s Labour’s Lost.
This show is one of Shakespeare’s wittiest and most playful comedies, filled with romance, wordplay, and unexpected twists. The story follows the King of Navarre and his three companions, who swear an oath to avoid women and focus on study—only to be immediately tested when the Princess of France and her ladies arrive. As the men struggle to keep their vows, disguises, mistaken identities, and clever banter lead to hilarious misadventures. A tale of love, learning, and the limits of language, Love’s Labour’s Lost is a sparkling exploration of youthful passion and the unpredictability of life.
